IPC Mission: To facilitate the creation of high quality jobs, work in cooperation with partnerships to increase and improve infrastructure, attract new capital investment, retain and expand existing businesses, improve per capita income and generally improve the quality of life in Williamsport and Lycoming County Pennsylvania.  Industrial Properties Corporation has a strong commitment to economic development and future success for our community.

The Industrial Properties Corporation (IPC) is the Chamber’s Economic Development division of the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce. This division is responsible for coordinating the retention efforts of our existing industry while also positioning Lycoming County for new development opportunities.

In 1941, the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce formed the Industrial Properties Corporation, a 501 c6 organization, which is composed of local business and community leaders, to coordinate economic development activities and initiatives in Lycoming County.    The IPC activities are governed by a separate Board of Directors who are nominated by a Nominations Committee of the IPC and then ratified by the Board of Directors of the Chamber who act as the membership of the corporation.
